Install Amx MODx + respawn

For instant respawn on a dedicated server you will need:

AMX Mod X v1.60 -> http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=amxmodx&filename=amxmodx-installer-1.60.exe&use_mirror=kent

csdm-2.00-> http://forums.alliedmods.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=4292&d=1129703589

Installing AMX Mod X:

Double click. Exe and then next -> Check the first box after the next -> next -> install -> finish -> next -> Check the first box after the next -> select a directory then check next -> la mod directory Choose directory cstrike (ex: C: \ HLDS \ cstrike) and choose custom game addons counter-strike and then click OK -> Finish

Installation respawn:

The csdm-2.00.zip Unzip (right click on archive and then extras here)
Come on what you have extracted and:
What I found in modules copy them in addons \ amxmodx \ modules
What I find plugins copy them in addons \ amxmodx \ plugins
What I found in scripting copy them in addons \ amxmodx \ scripting (besides that includes what is there to copy in addons \ amxmodx \ scripting \ include
Now check in and directoru configs folder and csdm in children csdm.cfg addons \ amxmodx \ configs
Modules.ini Open (with notepad) in addons \ amxmodx \ configs and go there the following:
