Install CS [NonSteam] [Windows] - detail (Thursday, October 16, 2008 4:00 pm)
I made this tutorial because the other is not explained in detail!

First things first

HLDSUpdateTool: Download
No Steam Patcher-Download
Admin mode and Meta mode - Download
Statsme - Download
Server Installation

Step 1: create a folder in "C" called "HLDS"
Step 2: Download HLDSUpdateTool and install in C: \ HLDS
Step 3: Going to Start -> Run -> cmd and write
Step 4: We write:

After writing this run the following command to download Gates:

-Instead of "Server Name" we name that you want to have!

Installation AdminMod
Step 1: We take archive downloaded above: halflife-admin-2.50.60-win.zip
Step 2: Extras anywhere in the computer.

allow_client_exec - 1! With this you can force the players to execute any command (quit, etc.)
