The components of each folder here, must arrive in folders with the same name in HLDS \ cstrike \ addons \ amxmodx (HLDS is the folder your server).
So, open the amxmodx 1.76d-cstrike \ addons \ amxmodx \ configs, and copy everything there to HLDS \ cstrike \ addons \ amxmodx \ configs. And so with all five files, see pictures.
At the ocazie you install AMX ModX to cstrike on your server. To see the results start server and give "meta list". The result should be:
ModX AMX RUN
Important! Installing the module is required for operation CStrike Server!
