FrostNades (Info: Smoke that freezes enemy) [AMXX]
Description: This plugin make grenazile smoke (Smoke) in grenazi you freeze. When you hit, you have a good chance to be frozen, reducing your speed of movement. The more you are closer to center shot with both are more chances to be completely frozen. The grenade also cause a small damage of 3.10 hp.

Installation:
It frostnades.amxx we will put in addons \ amxmodx \ plugins. Now go to the file addons \ amxmodx \ configs \ plugins.ini and added to after the whole line of code:
frostnades.amxx

Then copy the cstrike folder in your downloaded above and give Easter in a place where you installed the server (must request overwrite / re ... i click OK).

Cvar's (add to the file amxmodx \ configs \ amxx.cfg):
fn_on 1 / 0 (default 1) - for the plugin to be switched on / off
fn_hitself 1 / 0 (default 1) - if one player can damage himself with grenade
fn_los 1 / 0 (default 0) - if the line between Grenada and the player is required for certain effects
fn_maxdamage 20.0 (default 20.0) - damage done if you are in the center of explosion
fn_mindamage 1.0 (default 1.0) - damage done if you are at the edge of explosion
fn_override 1 (default 1) - if you freeze grenazile complete rewrite grenazile smoke. If 0, must buy a separate freeze grenade you typing / fn or / frostnade
fn_price 300 (default 300) - which you freeze the price of grenazi
fn_chill_maxchance 100 (default 100) - percentage to be frozen if you are in the center of explosion
fn_chill_minchance 100 (default 100) - percentage to be frozen if you are at the edge of explosion
fn_chill_duration 8 (default 8) - how long, in seconds, a player remains frozen
fn_chill_speed 60 (default 60) - percentage of natural speed when you're frozen
fn_freeze_maxchance 100 (default 100) - percentage to be frozen if you are in the center of explosion
fn_freeze_minchance 40 (default 40) - percentage to be frozen if you are at the edge of explosion
fn_freeze_duration 4 (default 4) - how long, in seconds, a player remains frozen
